Terms of Service
These terms cover the use of this website and the basis on which Lake Forest EV Charger quotes and performs EV charging installation work in Lake Forest, California and the surrounding service area.
Use of This Website
You may use this site to learn about our services and to find our contact details. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or use its content to imply an affiliation or endorsement that does not exist. The text, layout, and images on this site belong to their respective owners and may not be republished without permission.
Information Is Not a Quote
Descriptions of services, timelines, and typical scopes on this site are general guidance for a range of properties. They are not a quote, an estimate, or a commitment to a price or a schedule. A binding number exists only once we have discussed your specific service, panel, and parking situation and given you a figure directly.
Quotes, Scope, and Pricing
Residential quotes are given on a flat-rate basis and cover the scope described at the time of quoting, including the permit and inspection visit where stated. If conditions found on site differ materially from what was described or visible, we will stop, explain the difference, and agree any change with you before continuing. Commercial and multi-family projects are quoted after a site walk and load study.
Scheduling and Access
Appointment windows are held in good faith and we contact you if one is going to slip. You are responsible for providing safe access to the panel, the mounting location, and the parking area on the agreed date, and for securing any association or landlord approval that your property requires before work begins.
Permits and Inspection
Where a permit is required, we file it, schedule the inspection, and attend it. Inspection outcomes and scheduling are controlled by the relevant building department and are not something we can guarantee to a date. Corrections arising from our workmanship are cleared at no additional cost to you.
Workmanship Warranty
Our workmanship is warrantied as described in your written invoice. Equipment itself is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which we register in your name. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, alteration by others, vehicle impact, rodent or pest damage, weather events beyond the equipment's rating, or faults in parts of the electrical system we did not install.
Rebates and Tax Credits
We prepare the documentation that utility rebate programmes and federal credit programmes typically request, and we will tell you what we understand the requirements to be. Eligibility, approval, and payment are decided entirely by those programmes and by your own tax position. Nothing we provide is tax advice, and we cannot guarantee that any incentive will be granted.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by California law, our liability arising from the work is limited to the amount paid for that work, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost income, vehicle downtime, or charging costs incurred elsewhere. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute arising from them or from the work will be handled in the courts serving Orange County, California.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated, and the current version will always be posted on this page with a revised date. The terms that apply to your job are the ones in force when your work is agreed.
